Guests of our cottages are welcome to enjoy fishing in our lovely lake. Please note that fishing is only permitted for our guests, and the lake is not accessible to the general public. Our lake is home to a diverse range of fish, such as Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Blue Trout, and Tiger Trout, providing our visitors with a rich and rewarding fishing experience.

Simple Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil

  • Two Small Trout

  • One sliced lemon

  • Four sprigs of fresh parsley

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 205deg C and cut two sheets of foil (larger than your fish).​

  2. Place the Trout skin-side down on each piece of foil. Lightly oil both sides with oil. Season both sides. Place two springs of parsley and two lemon slices down the middle of each fish.​

  3. Fold the foil, crimping the edges to make a packet​

  4. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake for 10 - 15 mins.​

  5. Place each packet on a warm plate. Carefully open the foil packets (take care of the hot steam). Slide onto the plate and pour the cooking juices over the fish.
